There are Waterfalls in Paris!

Parc de Bagatelle // Waterfalls in Paris | MontgomeryFestDid you know this was true? Did you know that Paris got even better than last week? Because last week we didn't know there were waterfalls in Paris. Well, we did.. we heard there were hidden ones, but we just assumed they were tiny and mildly spectacular. Ha! This city, man. Never disappoints. We're a little obsessed with it honestly (if you haven't noticed). After Easter brunch, we went on a search for the waterfalls and found ourselves in the Bois de Boulogne (we took metro 1 to Pont de Neuilly and walked down through the gorgeous neighborhood). Inside the Bois (the forest), lies Parc de Bagatelle. Ironically, the given name means of little importance. Those funny French. Louis XVI's brother, Comte d'Artois, completely fell for the estate and purchased it in 1775. Louis' wife, you may know her..Marie-Antoinette, bet the Count that he couldn't build his château within three months. He showed her - 63 days. bam.I swear this was our candy store afternoon between the perfect temps and the full-on-no-hiding-it spring colors goin on and those waterfalls - that we could walk behind!! Walking behind waterfalls might be one of the most fulfilling feelings..for real.Waterfalls in Paris // Parc de Bagatelle | MontgomeryFestParc de Bagatelle // Waterfalls in Paris | MontgomeryFestMontgomeryFest in ParisParc de Bagatelle | MontgomeryFestWaterfalls in Paris // MontgomeryFestWaterfalls in Paris at Parc de Bagatelle | MontgomeryFestWaterfalls in Paris // Parc de Bagatelle | MontgomeryFestMontgomeryFest in ParisArched cave at Parc de Bagatelle | MontgomeryFestpretty blue building in Paris | MontgomeryFestAnna Mae Studios necklace + Forever 21 dress | MontgomeryFestpretty blue details in Paris | MontgomeryFestpeacocks! at Parc de Bagatelle in Paris, France | MontgomeryFestpeacocks! at Parc de Bagatelle | MontgomeryFestOh yeah!
