Holiday Photo Shoot
We ran out to the 'burbs with Sarah + Lucas who talked about this park like we were supposed to know about this park and then, once we got up there, I understood why we needed to know about this park. Tilden, I believe. This time of year, the leaves are crunchy and more yellow than not. But, once we got to the top, San Francisco did her thing where she was just completely braggy about her view. It made for a lovely backdrop to our double date day and holiday photo shoot. The later it got, the more we were afraid of losing the sun, but it only let the lights of the city make their debut for that evening and the very unromantic lights of the cars turned into an almost Champs-Élysées. If you squinted enough, that is. And squinting is all we've got here on the West Coast, this Paris of the West. Not that I condone that type of mimicking behavior, but if that's our comparison, I won't stop you either. This is a very Montgomery-filled post. A MontgomeryFest even! And, in the moments I doubted putting this very self-absorbed post up, the following moment told me it's ma blog and there's this particular sparkle in my eye that Sarah captured. It only happens with Justin and I just wanted to take this blog post and show it off and maybe, just maybe, let the meaning of marriage sparkle a little brighter between all of us who understand how amazing it can be. Hear, hear! So, indulge with me for a second or seven..
